The start of a new chapter - Wollongong Newborn Photographer

In a beautiful seaside township on the south coast, just south of Wollongong, I met this wonderful family. I was welcomed into their home to capture their newest family member Charlotte. It felt amazing being in the place that not only was their family home where so many treasured moments have happened, it was also the home where baby Charlotte was born. This little guy below, was a bit shy at first, but after some playing in his toy room and him showing me his favourite toy, his garbage truck, he relaxed and opened up to me being in his space. Welcoming a new little sister into a home is a big adjustment and one that he hadn’t quite fully adjusted to, and that was totally ok. We just followed his lead, and let him do what he was comfortable doing. The family wanted to capture their new family in their home but also at their local beach where they spend so much time together and is a big part of their lives. So after spending some time in home, we packed up and headed to the beach (before the rain came) and captured some beautiful natural connections. You can really see in the images how relaxed they all are at the beach, I mean who doesn’t feel relaxed at the beach.
